Number of PeopleSoft Employees, December 1992: 198

The band got together and to our luck and our new fans' suprise, we actually got booked for 5 gigs this first year. Our real coming out was at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco ... who wudda thought! We named the band "PeopleNot!" As our music could be construed an affront to good taste, we wanted to plant in listeners' minds that we were not officially sanctioned by PeopleSoft. We were also taking a potshot at the standard at PeopleSoft to name everything Peoplexxxx.
